Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TechDeckLabs LLP, we value transparency and client satisfaction. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a client may request to cancel services or seek a refund. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Submit a written request via email to support@techdecklabs.com at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled milestone or development phase.
  • If work has already begun, you may be liable for a portion of the fee based on work completed.

1.2 TechDeckLabs-Initiated Cancellations

  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed schedule.
  • Lack of response or cooperation from the client for more than 14 days.
  • Any violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • In such cases, a partial or no refund may be issued depending on project progress and resources allocated.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • No substantial work has begun on the project.
  • Cancellation requested within 3 days of initial payment.
  • Refund requested before delivery of any digital assets or code.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed project phases or milestones.
  • Custom code or design already delivered.
  • Consulting or strategy sessions conducted.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals or asset submissions).

2.3 Partial Refunds

If only a portion of the project has been completed, a partial refund may be issued on a pro-rata basis, deducting work completed, third-party costs, and any administrative fees.

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of the refund.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly. If a chargeback is issued without prior communication:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate all ongoing services.
  • Legal or recovery action may be pursued to recover any project costs.

4. Service Adjustments in Place of Refunds

In some cases, instead of issuing a refund, we may offer:

  • Revisions or additional work at no extra cost.
  • A credit note for future services.
  • Modified project scope by mutual agreement.

  • Reason for cancellation or refund
