14-Day Return Policy for Digital Products and WordPress Plugins

We offer a 14-day return policy for our digital products and WordPress plugins. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team via email at hello@techdecklabs.com or create a ticket via Support Page. We may require proof of purchase and additional information to process your refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your refund request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The digital product or WordPress plugin must not have been used extensively or modified in any way.
  3. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or transaction ID.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

a. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

b. If your refund request is approved, you will receive an email notification regarding the refund status.

c. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, considering any discounts, promotions, or bundled products included in your purchase.

No Cancellation or Refunds for WordPress Custom Design and Development

Please note that we do not offer cancellation or refunds for WordPress custom development services and products. Once the project has started and work has been initiated, it is considered non-refundable.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, Tech Deck Labs may, at its discretion, consider refund requests for digital products or services outside the specified policy. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
